Product Description
We provide this type of cross flow fan that uses a 43 mm diameter impeller (not 40 mm), so the airflow is bigger but the noise is lower. This type of blower has a length of 260 mm with 4 stable vortex chambers and uses a high-end AC motor, which has high strength and is not easy to deform or loosen. The 43260 fan blower is mostly applied in electrical fireplaces and heaters — wind speed is 1,200 to 1,500 RPM, and when loaded with a heater, the wind speed is 1,450–1,700 RPM.
This blower's biggest feature is low noise and equal velocity. The length can be customized to your inquiry (e.g., 160 mm, 200 mm, etc.). We can produce Class B, F, or H motors, all with CE, UL, or CUL certification. The centrifugal blower shell material is galvanized sheet; the impeller material is aluminum alloy. The shell is stamped and formed by precision molds for a stable structure. The motor bearing can be a ball bearing or oil bearing. The wind shell uses anti-fatigue and high-temperature silicone rubber parts. Motor parameters and dimensions can be fully customized.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q
What is the difference between the 43mm and 40mm impeller cross flow fans?
Our cross flow fans use a 43 mm diameter impeller instead of the standard 40 mm. This larger impeller delivers greater airflow volume while maintaining lower noise levels, making it ideal for applications that require efficient and quiet air circulation, such as electric fireplaces and heaters.
Q
What certifications do your cross flow blowers carry?
Our cross flow blowers are available with CE, UL, and CUL certifications, meeting international safety and quality standards for use in North America, Europe, and other global markets.
Q
Can the motor parameters and dimensions be customized?
Yes. Our factory has a dedicated engineering design department and mould department with rapid automatic press equipment. You can provide your required size and parameters, and we will produce a custom solution for you, providing detailed 2D or 3D drawings with full specifications.
Q
What insulation grades are available for the AC motors?
We offer motors in insulation Class E, B, F, and H. Class F and H are suitable for higher-temperature environments, such as those found in electric heaters and industrial applications, ensuring long-term reliability and safety.
Q
What materials are used in the blower shell and impeller?
The centrifugal blower shell is made from galvanized sheet steel, stamped and formed using precision molds for a stable structure. The impeller is made from aluminum alloy. Anti-fatigue, high-temperature silicone rubber parts are also used in the wind shell for enhanced durability.
Q
What are the typical applications for the 40-43 series cross flow blowers?
These cross flow blowers are widely used in electric fireplaces, electric heaters, dehumidifiers, air heaters, and disinfection cabinets. Their low noise and consistent airflow performance make them a preferred choice for household and commercial heating appliances.
